Meet The Team

In 2022 I founded Watermark Tutoring out of a growing desire to help students and families learn how to succeed in math and develop greater joy along the way. After teaching in public high schools for 8 years, I developed the appropriate skills to guide students toward their personal success. I am a husband to my much better half and father to two young boys. I love spending time outdoors fishing or hunting, or dominating at a game of Catan. 

Ben was a high school math teacher for 8 years specializing in helping students pass the essential skills required to graduate and teaching mainly algebra and geometry.  While teaching he coached football and track as well as volunteered as a Young Life leader.  He left teaching to realize his dream of owning a rafting company and currently takes people on day trips down the Mckenzie River with Mckenzie Rafting Company.
